MultiState is hiring a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. MultiState is a full-service state and local government relations company. We exist to make the extraordinary expected so our clients can act with confidence to achieve their goals.
The Contracts Administrator is a member of the Finance and Administration team and provides support to the Sales team to prepare and manage contracts. The Contracts Administrator will work closely with members of the Finance and Administration team, as well as the Sales team..

Major Areas of Responsibility
Work with the Sales Team to prepare and manage contracts from start to renewal.
Use Docusign and Trello to manage workflow for new and renewing contracts.
Maintain organized digital files of all signed contracts.
Keep Finance and Administration team members updated on contract modifications and revisions.
Track unsigned agreements
Skills and Experience
Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and expeditiously.
Ability to triage (i.e., know which projects and tasks are the most pressing and prioritize accordingly).
Experience with Docusign, Trello, Unanet and Zapier is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Contracting, Legal, or Financial/Accounting experience is preferred.
