Claire Lee

Claire joined MultiState as a Policy Analyst on the Issue Management team in 2022. Claire graduated with honors and distinction from Connecticut College with a B.A. in Government, a double minor in Environmental Studies and History, and as a member of the Social Justice and Sustainability pathway. She wrote her Honors Thesis about the early COVID-19 response in New York and Florida and the differing effects this had on the balance of powers and overall discretionary power held by the governors in each state. Claire also studied European Politics at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to joining MultiState, Claire was a Legislative Intern for the Connecticut General Assembly and worked on a Federal Congressional Campaign during the 2020 election. In her free time Claire enjoys traveling, being active, playing lacrosse, and spending time with her dogs.
