Anthony Madorma
Associate
Anthony Madorma joined MultiState as an Associate in 2025. He holds a Master of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia (UVA) and has worked across federal, state, and local governments. Prior to joining MultiState, Anthony served as a public health budget analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. There, he evaluated funding decisions for the Administration for Children and Families, with a particular focus on its tribal and Native American programs. He also partnered with the International Association of Fire Fighters as a state statutory researcher, analyzing Fire and EMS statutes to support workforce development across four states.
During his time at UVA, Anthony designed and developed Public Service Pathways, a four-year undergraduate public service program that connects students to community engagement and service opportunities. Additionally, he had the pleasure to work with the City of Charlottesville as a policy analyst, identifying cost-effective strategies for improving the economic mobility of low-income residents. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys expanding his plant and vinyl collection, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with his friends and German shepherd, Bella. He currently resides in Northern Virginia.
