Deloise Hill

Dee Hill joined Multistate in 2025 after relocating with her family from New Zealand to Arlington, Virginia. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) and brings experience across both the private and public sectors in New Zealand, where she worked in Office Management, HR coordination and legal assistance roles. Dee is passionate about people, organisation, and continuous improvement and enjoys contributing to smooth operations and positive team culture. Outside of work, she’s an ocean-lover who enjoys surfing, discovering new cuisines, and exploring different cultures and music. A self proclaimed “flat white” snob, she’s always on the hunt for great coffee spots — so if you know anywhere be sure to let her know!
