Kelly Cox

Kelly Cox joined MultiState as an Associate in 2026. Originally from the Bay Area, California, Kelly holds a B.A. in Global Studies and Japanese from UC Santa Barbara. Following her undergraduate studies, she spent two years teaching English in rural Northern Japan. Kelly then moved to Washington, D.C., where she earned an M.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University, interned in state government affairs at a trade association, and completed a year-long internship with MultiState. She currently resides in Washington, D.C. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, and spending time with her friends.
