State Pharmacy Benefit Management Reform in 2025

Lisa joined MultiState in 2020 as a Policy Analyst, where she focuses on healthcare issues. She supports clients with in-depth trend analysis on topics such as drug pricing and pharmacy benefit management regulation. Lisa has conducted extensive research into state laws, developing 50-state surveys to identify opportunities for meaningful policy change. She also contributes to draft legislation and helps guide strategic planning efforts.
With nearly two decades of experience in and around state government, Lisa brings a strong background in legislative affairs and policy advocacy. She has built state-level PAC programs and previously lobbied at the state and federal levels. Earlier in her career, she served in the offices of the North Carolina Speaker of the House and Senator Frank Murkowski of Alaska.
Lisa earned a master’s degree in Legislative Affairs and a PAC Management certificate from the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management. She holds an undergraduate degree in international relations from Northern Arizona University and is also a certified yoga instructor.
