Twenty-Four States and Two Localities Have Lobbying Disclosure Deadlines in May

In May, 24 states have periodic disclosure requirements. In other words, if you’re already registered in one of these states and are required to file disclosure reports, you must do so in the coming month. Additionally, two localities also have deadlines. Registration opens in one additional jurisdiction — Virginia — and if you are lobbying in this state you must renew your registration.
