Lobbying Compliance Deadlines in June: Periodic Disclosures Due in 21 States, Plus Annual Registration in Colorado and North Dakota

In June, 21 states have periodic disclosure requirements. In other words, if you’re already registered in one of these states and are required to file disclosure reports, you must do so in the coming month. Localities in three states also have deadlines (see tables below for details on local requirements this month). Additionally, registration expires in two states — Colorado and North Dakota — and if you are lobbying in these states, you must renew your registration.
