A new month means upcoming state and local lobbying deadlines. In July, 35 States, 19 Municipalities, the District of Columbia, and the Federal government have reports or registrations due in July. In other words, if you’re already registered in one of these jurisdictions and are required to file disclosure reports, you must do so in the coming month. Additionally, there are two states with annual registration due in July (Colorado and North Dakota). If you plan to continue to lobby in these states you must renew your registration.
