Izzy Aaron

Izzy Aaron joined MultiState as an Associate in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with certificates in Public Policy and Educational Policy Studies. Before joining MultiState, Izzy was a Policy Associate at the Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD), where she supported policy initiatives connecting research to evidence-based policymaking. She also previously worked as an Education Research Intern at RTI International and as a Research Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Izzy is a passionate Boston sports fan. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, road trips, and exploring Washington, DC.
