Kerrie Zabala

Kerrie Zabala joined MultiState's Issue Management team as a Policy Analyst in 2025 and now serves as a Senior Associate. She focuses on monitoring state alcohol board activities and tracking policy matters related to housing, alcohol, and recreation. Kerrie received her undergraduate degree in Global Affairs from George Mason University and completed her Master of Public Policy at the College of William & Mary. Kerrie previously worked for the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission of Virginia, where she evaluated state agencies, programs, and policy issues.

Born in Washington, DC, Kerrie grew up primarily in Norfolk, VA. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue cat, traveling, and supporting Premier League soccer club Arsenal FC.
