Since the 2021 state legislative session season is underway, don’t forget to keep track of filing and reporting deadlines for lobbying compliance. This month, 20 states have periodic disclosure requirements — in other words, if you’re already registered in one of these states and are required to file disclosure reports, you must do so in February. Additionally, three states have annual disclosures for the 2020 year due. Montana has both 2021 periodic disclosure and 2020 annual disclosure due.
