Michigan Debates Autonomous Vehicle Exclusive Roadways

The Michigan Senate has introduced a bill that will allow the Michigan Department of Transportation to establish autonomous vehicle roadways throughout the state that can be used to test and deploy autonomous vehicles. The bill was introduced following recommendations from the Council on Future Mobility & Electrification and, if enacted, will help to ensure that Michigan remains a leader in autonomous vehicle testing and deployment.
